An Orthodox Jewish mother, whose children had been held in Russia by her former partner, will be reunited with her children, according to court proceedings in Russia.
The woman has won a court battle to bring her children back to the U.K. after they were taken to Russia by her former husband last year.
Rachael Neustadt said she feels relieved after the Moscow City Court ruled in her favor yesterday.
She has fought a nine-month battle to bring back Daniel and Jonathan, seven and five-years-old, after they were brought to Russia by Ilya Neustadt.
She believed they were going on a two-week vacation to visit the family of their father, who is of Russian origin.
Neustadt, 37, refused to comply with the orders of the Court in the United Kingdom to return the children, who were attending Orthodox Jewish elementary school.
Mr. Neustadt, a former professor at the London Metropolitan University, now has two weeks to file an appeal.
