Two elderly people got into a physical fight over a parking space, which was designed for disabled people.
Alan Watts, 65, of Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, England, was found guilty of killing a man, who had recently beaten cancer.
Watts claimed that he punched the elderly man in self defense.
However, surveillance video showed that Watts was the aggressor and punched the victim out of anger.
Watts was sentenced to 5 years prison.
Watts was seen confronting 64-year-old Brian Holmes in a parking lot at an Asda supermarket.
Holmes of Bedfordshire, came out of the supermarket when Watts arrived, and was looking for a handicapped parking space.
Holmes had returned to his car to put something inside, but he was not ready to leave as his wife Christine was still shopping.
Watts became angry, and the two got into a fight. Watts then punched Holmes, causing him to fall to the ground.
At that point, Watts drove off, leaving the victim on the floor.
Holmes was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and died.
