An alternative health professional was arrested and will be charged with rape after allegedly raping several of his female patients, according to police reports in Israel.
Rishon Lezion Police said that a 27-year-old woman, who went to the alternative health doctor for treatment, filed a complaint against him, arguing that during treatment he raped her and committed indecent acts against her.
The woman said that the sexual assault occurred five years ago. The woman said that she went to the alternative spiritual therapist following abdominal pain she had suffered. During treatment, the suspect sexually assaulted her.
The man was arrested on Thursday, and he denied the allegations that were made against him. He was brought before the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court for a bail hearing.
Police said they suspect that there are more women out there, who were sexually assaulted by this alternative spiritual therapist, and they urged them to come forward to file a complaint.
