A young boy was left with serious injuries after falling while playing in a park, according to rescue workers in Israel.
Ichud Hatzalah Jerusalem said that an 11-year-old boy fell from a height of nine feet while playing in a park located on Yehuda Hamaccabi Street.
Ichud Hatzalah Jerusalem paramedics, who arrived at the scene, gave the child primary care, and transported the child to a local hospital for further treatment.
The child was listed as in serious condition.
"The boy was playing on the roof of the equipment in the park when he slipped and fell from a height of about three meters (nine feet). He suffered injuries to his head and I gave him medical treatment,” a paramedic at the scene said.
"It is important to remind parents and adults to look after the children in the playgrounds and to not leave them unattended," the paramedic added.
