Three men were arrested and will be charged with murder after they allegedly killed two people and injured another in a drive by shooting, according to police reports in Israel.

Dror Alperon, and brothers Eli Partouche and Reuben Partouche, were remanded into custody on Wednesday, by the Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court.

The three are suspects in a double murder that occurred in June, in Petah Tikva.

After a five month investigation, police raided Alperon's home and arrested him.

Alperon is set to marry his girlfriend next Tuesday. The judge decided to release Alperon on Monday, so he has enough time to prepare for his wedding.

Eli Arkobi, 35, an innocent bystander, and Eran Partouche, 42, a relative of the detained Partouche brothers, were killed in the shooting. Another person, a resident of Jaljulia, was seriously wounded in the attack.

The murder took place in the afternoon when two motorcyclists opened fire at the three, who were talking on Mishmar Hayarden Street near a school. Witnesses said that they tried to run away, but the suspects chased them and continued shooting.

Once the two were dead the suspects fled from the scene.
