People in one neighborhood in the United Kingdom are terrified after a creepy clown was spotted staring at homes.
A clown, with a red wig, full makeup and balloons, is scaring residents of an English village.
His face is red and black, and he has appeared in various locations around Northampton, a city of 215,000, 100 miles north of London.
The Northampton clown even prompted a warning from the police.
Police said they were looking to locate two teenagers who were caught dressed as clowns, and had been caught acting in a peculiar manner.
A woman reported that the clown had knocked on her door in full clown suit and offered to paint her window sills before leaving.
