A man was arrested and charged with murder related charges after he allegedly threw his aunt, 60, out a window, according to police reports in Israel.
Be’er Sheva Police said that a local man, 31, was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murdering his aunt by throwing her out the sixth floor window. Police have ordered the suspect to be held under psychiatric observation.
On Tuesday at 8:30 pm the police received a report from Magen David Adom about a woman lying dead on the ground next to a building located on Amitsur Shimshon Street.
A team of Magen David Adom arrived on the scene and declared the woman dead.
Police said that neighbors reported hearing the two shouting from inside the apartment before the incident.
The police detained the man, who was found at the scene, and later learned that he was the dead woman’s nephew.
Police said that the suspect is refusing to cooperate with the investigation.
