These days, there are a lot of weird tasting ice cream available to purchase in stores, but this one might just be the weirdest tasting ice cream of all time.
When choosing a flavor for ice cream, meat is probably the last thing on your mind.
However, that's exactly what was on the menu during the first U.K. National Burger Day, which was celebrated in Yard Dalston, east London. Visitors were able to taste BBQ burger ice cream.
The ice cream came with candied bacon and dill pickle.
To make the item even more appealing Suzanna Austin, from Sorbitium ice cream, offered her customers some ketchup toppings.
"In naming August 27 as National Burger Day and revealing the legendary ice cream burger, we are celebrating the ingenuity and versatility of the British burger,” event organizer Jonathan Stack said.
As expected, the new burger flavor has not been well received by all.
"Clever but no thanks! Burger flavored ice cream created for National Burger Day,” Twitter user Jess Walker wrote.
“A frozen burger? What’s next?" Kudos added.
