Lori Welbourne topless with mayor Walter Gray |
(Scroll down for video) A mayor was left speechless after a female news reporter stripped naked during a television interview, according to video uploaded to the internet.
The mayor of the Canadian city of Kelowna, sat totally confused after the journalist, who was interviewing him, pulled down her dress and exposed her breasts.
Things had gone according to plan for Walter Gray during his interview with radio presenter and writer Lori Welbourne.
She had been wondering about the legality of women who expose themselves in public in the Canadian city before Go Topless Day, a time when women go shirtless.
But British Columbian politician was surprised when the On The Rocks interviewer suddenly pulled down her top and showed him her breasts.
Before this, she had asked him what would happen if she took off her clothes.
While Gray was formulating a response it was interrupted by her asking him to hold her microphone.
Once the microphone was in his hand she began to undress to the surprise of the mayor and probably everyone else in the room.
It took a moment for the city leader to regain his concentration, but admirably, he was able to continue the interview.
The mayor later told the reporter that it was perfectly legal for a woman to be topless.
