A man was arrested and charged with home invasion related charges after he broke into a woman’s home in order to give her a back rub, according to police report in North Carolina.
Boone Police said that the man was arrested several weeks ago after breaking into a house and trying to give a woman a back massage.
Mid month, Julio Antonio Yanez, 29, entered an apartment on Oak Street, thinking it was the home of an acquaintance, police said.
Yanez, who was in the wrong apartment, was asked by the female resident to leave. Instead, the report said that he tried to give her a back rub. It was after he had been instructed to leave multiple times.
A week after the incident, police identified Yanez as a suspect in the case.
Yanez was arrested, brought before a judge in Watauga County, and charged with a misdemeanor charge of violation of breaking and entering and one count of misdemeanor assault on a female.
His next court appearance was scheduled for mid September, and he was released on his own recognizance.
