A man was arrested and charged with sexual harassment related charges after he was caught spying on women in public restrooms, according to court proceedings in Colorado.

Now, the man has pleaded guilty in a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors.
As part of the plea bargain agreement, Luke Chrisco pleaded guilty to robbery and attempted unlawful sexual contact in exchange for prosecutors dropping other charges of theft and one count of misdemeanor criminal invasion.

Two years ago, two women said they saw a man hiding in a tank of a portable toilet at a yoga festival in Boulder. Minutes later, other witnesses said they saw a man covered in feces emerging from the portable toilet.

Chrisco admitted that he was in the bathroom, but insisted that he was not dangerous.
"I just wanted to look and not touch,” Chrisco said.
Chrisco said that this was not his first attempt at spying on women.

"I was basically trying to drill holes insides men's bathrooms so I can see into the women's toilets," he said. "It was more of a general spiritual desire to experience the divinity of what I consider to be a powerful experience," he also said.

Chrisco told police he hid in confined spaces and bathrooms at the University of Colorado, Department of Motor Vehicles and numerous businesses in Boulder for the same reason.
