A man was arrested and charged with lewd conduct related charges after he walked into a police station to report a murder, only to pull down his pants in front of police officers, according to police reports in Nebraska.
Omaha police said that the man was arrested for masturbating inside the police station while telling a story about a murder he had supposedly witnessed.
According to a police report, 53-year-old Darrell Moore went to the headquarters of the police on Wednesday. He told the desk officer that he had just witnessed a murder. He then proceeded to take off his pants.
The officers told him to keep his pants on, but he refused. Moore then allegedly proceeded to sexually satisfy himself against the officers. When a police sergeant approached the man, Moore allegedly spat at him. Moore has also tried to hit an officer, who blocked his attempt.
Moore was arrested and charged with lewd conduct, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
