(Scroll down for video) A woman swallowed her pride and called police after she got stuck inside a clothing donation bin, according to police reports in Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma City Fire Department said that they had to rescue a Good Samaritan from a metal box after receiving an urgent phone call for help.
"We received a call from a woman who was really stuck inside the donation container,” Oklahoma City Fire Department Fire Chief Brian Stanaland said.
The incident occurred when the woman realized she was missing a bracelet after donating several articles of clothing. She returned to the bin, and somehow ended up inside while looking for her bracelet.
"I came here and I was looking around, looking around, looking around. Then, I got stuck inside," she told the fire dispatcher.
"I have multiple sclerosis, so it does not take much before I actually start cramping and hurting, you know, and I can not leave," she said.
"I kind of assume that she has a little dehydrated," Stanaland said. "Apparently, she was inside for about two hours this morning and even in the morning hours, it is still very hot. It is a metal container," he said.
The woman was taken out safely. The woman said that another woman came to the donation box while she was trapped inside, but she fled after asking her for help. “I guess she got scared because she did not expect a woman in the box,” the woman said.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view
