Testicle mascot |
An organization that promotes cancer awareness chose a bold mascot to do the job.
The association, which assists people with cancer in Vicosa, Brazil, has released a new mascot, called Senhor Testiculo, to help raise awareness about testicular cancer.
Senhor Testiculo, which translates in english as Mr. testicle, is supposed to help the nonprofit health organization in raising awareness of testicular cancer, which kills hundreds of men each year.
The mascot is definitely doing its job as it grabs the attention of young and old wherever it makes its appearance. The mascot is very weird-looking, as it resembles a pair of testicles with pubic hair and all. The organization said that men, women and children enjoy posing for photos with the character.
The testicle mascot is sometimes worn by a man who walks around and focuses on reminding men to test themselves for testicular cancer. Cancer is a serious problem, and the association is looking for ways to make men aware of the seriousness of the issue. They hope that this playful character will get people talking about the issue.
