(Scroll down for video) A woman will spend six months in jail after she was caught on video cheating with her boyfriend’s young son.
The 28-year-old woman from Australia, has been jailed after she was accidentally caught on camera having sex with her boyfriend's 16-years-old son.
The woman, pleaded guilty to five counts of sex with a minor. Judge David Porter, sentenced her to 12 months in prison, six of them suspended on condition of good behavior.
As we reported earlier, a man was horrified when his hidden camera recorded his girlfriend cheating with his own teenage son. The man, set up a hidden video camera to record paranormal activity in the kitchen, but when he reviewed the video for signs of a ghost, he found his girlfriend making out with his son.
Instead of capturing ghosts on camera, the father, of Tasmania, Australia, was horrified to find images of his lover and his son, who is 16-years-old, kissing and hugging. The 28-year-old woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty in the Supreme Court on Monday to five counts of sex with a minor.
She said she was "embarrassed" by her actions and said she thought that the age of consent was 16-years-old, but she was wrong as the age of consent in Tasmania is 17-years-old. The court heard that when the man confronted his partner of 11 years with whom he has a child together with the video, she tried to downplay the incident as an innocent hug.
His son however, confessed to sleeping with her three times in the past. It later emerged that the affair began when the woman entered the room of her stepson to discuss his driving lessons. The conversation then turned to touching and kissing, which led more, Prosecutor Jackie Hartnett told the court.
She also told the court how the woman had taken the boy upstate, where they had slept together several times in a hotel room. After discovering the images on his camcorder, the man called police and his girlfriend was arrested.
“I do not understand how the woman tried to justify sleeping with the teenager. She was living in the house and acted like a stepmom to him. That’s just wrong!” Nancy Wells, 35, of Melbourne, Australia told YourJewishNews.com after the woman pleaded guilty to sleeping with her boyfriend’s son.
