Police impersonator pulls over real police officer |
A group of teenagers had lots of fun impersonating police officers until they pulled over a real one, according to press reports in Australia.
Seven teenagers were arrested by police in eastern Victoria. They were all charged with impersonating a law enforcement official.
An off-duty policewoman who was driving along the Princes Highway near Traralgon, Gippsland, last Friday, was surprised when a car came up behind her with flashing red and blue lights.
The officer stopped but became suspicious and tried to leave the scene.
A second car quickly blocked her in. The teens all fled the scene once the police officer identified herself as a police officer.
The seven teens who have been arrested and charged are aged between 16 and 18-years-old.
