Brianna Priddy’s wallet was stolen during a night out with friends. Since then, someone had been using her identity to write hundreds of dollars in bad checks, according to press reports.
When Priddy saw the ID she was shocked but she said nothing to the woman. She gave the woman back the ID and she went to the back and she called police.
When officers arrived at the restaurant they arrested the 26-year-old woman who was in possession of the stolen driver’s license.
The woman faces charges of identity theft and criminal impersonation. While officers searched the woman they found drugs in her possession and they added charges of drug possession to the list of other charges.
