Boston, Massachusetts terror attack |
(Scroll down for video) A terror attack in Boston, Massachusetts left at least 3 dead and more than 100 injured.
A top doctor at the boston hospital where many injured were treated credited an Israeli team who set up the hospital to be able to treat victims of terror attacks, according to video uploaded to the internet.
The doctor said that the Israeli team taught his team how to respond to such disastrous attacks.
"About two years ago, in fact, we asked the Israelis to come down here and they helped us create our disaster team so we can respond to these type of attacks," Alastair Conn, director of Emergency Services at the Massachusetts General Hospital, in response to a question about the readiness of its staff to handle the trauma of this magnitude.
In a response to a question from a reporter the doctor said: "Oh, absolutely, absolutely this is like a bomb explosion we hear in the news in Iraq or Israel or some other tragic place in the world," he said.
“After listening to this doctor I think other hospitals in the United States should invite that Israeli team in order to better prepare their hospital in the event of a terror attack,” Dennis Goldstein, 30, of Boston, Massachusetts told YourJewishNews.com after listening to the doctor’s statements.Mobile video not loading?
