A man from the United States, was found not guilty after taking upskirt pictures of a woman in Seoul, South Korea.
The man, who had been employed as a teacher Seoul, was riding a train when he saw a woman wearing a mini skirt.
The woman sat with her legs crossed allowing the man to get good a peek.
The man liked what he saw, so he grabbed his phone and took an upskirt photo of the woman.
When the woman saw what the man had done, she was angry and called security.
The man was caught red-handed with the photo on his camera.
He was arrested and charged.
At the court hearing in Seoul, the man explained his actions: “his inner urges got the better of him,” he said.
The judge freed the man saying that the photo was taken in a public place, and no real harm was done.
