Brandon Williams and V'ondra Olivaria |
(Scroll down for video) In a very sad incident a young girl was shot and killed by a man she had never met before.
V'ondra Olivaria, 16, of Clayton County, Georgia, invited 17-year-old Brandon Williams into her house.
The teen’s mother was home when her daughter invited the man, who was unknown to her, into her room.
Williams was polite as it was the first time he met the girl and her family.
"He shook my hand and not even five minutes later I heard a gun go off. My baby was gone," the girl’s mother, Yolanda Rincon, said.
Williams admitted that he accidentally shot the 16-year-old in her bedroom just 5 minutes after the two were introduced to each other by a mutual friend.
The teens were playing with the gun when it accidentally went off. The frightened man fled the scene.
It is expected that Williams will be charged with manslaughter, reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm by a person under 18-years-old.
Olivaria’s mother said that she has no idea from where the gun came from.
While the family is grieving, the compassionate mother had it in her heart to feel bad for the suspect.
"I am mad at you, but at the same time, I hurt for you because you are somebody's child," Rincon said.
