(Scroll down for video) Every bride wants to look good for their wedding, but one bride went to an extreme to achieve her dream.
Tsia Pullen, 34, of Bolton, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, was determined to look good for her wedding, so she decided to have plastic surgery.
However, she had no money to pay for the surgery so she sold her dream house to pay for it.
Pullen, who weighs about 250 pounds, spent $35,000 on a variety of cosmetic operations including a gastric band that helped her drop seven dress sizes and lose 140 pounds.
The money came from her home that she put on the market within weeks of her commitment to marry her boyfriend, Alastair.
"People thought I was crazy. It was the first house I bought and I was proud of it. But most of all, I wanted to look amazing on my wedding day," the 34-year-old bride said.
After she sold her house she moved in with her fiance in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
At her heaviest, Pullen, who is 5 feet 1 inch, weighed 250 pounds and wore a size 24.
"I used to end up in tears when I went shopping. Walking around the shops left me breathless and in agony. I was so big," Pullen said.
“I did not want Alastair to have to marry me like this. I wanted to be a beautiful bride,” she added.
Pullen is happy with her decision. She said: "When I had my wedding dress ready, I was so excited to put it on and walk down the aisle. I felt like a princess.”
