(Scroll down for video) If you are one of those people, who like to wear saggy pants, you will not be able to shop at one particular pizza store in New Jersey.
Giulio’s Pizzeria put up a poster notifying customers about their new policy against half fallen off pants.
The green sign on the door of the Dunellen, New Jersey restaurant reads in part: "Those with sagging pants are banned on these premises!"
The decision was made after the pizzeria asked a young man to pull up his pants and he replied that there was no sign on the door saying he had to.
"Every place should have this rule," Luis Salmeron, the owner of the store, said. He said he was tired of seeing people’s "dirty laundry".
Employee Joanne Bruzzese said that she had not noticed any change in traffic since the policy began making rounds this week. When asked if any of the customers had protested, she replied: "Not that I know."
Giulio’s is not the only place cracking down on saggy pants. The city of Wildwood, New Jersey also cracked down on sagging pants for its boardwalk this summer. And in April, Terrebonne Parish in Louisiana, passed an ordinance that charges $50 for the first saggy pants offense.
