Students at a prestigious university admitted to scandalous sexual activities including bestiality, according to press reports in New York.
Students at Yale University admitted during a sex workshop of engaging in bestiality and fantasizing about incest, according to press reports.
Students of the prestigious Ivy League also confessed during the "Sex: Am I Normal" seminar of participation in sadomasochism and prostitution.
The results, which were published by the Yale University newspaper detailed how nine percent of the participants had paid for sex and three percent of participants had sex with an animal.
More than half had participated in consensual pain during intercourse, the newspaper published by the university said.
Sexologist Doctor Jill McDevitt hosted the workshop in which about 55 students used their cell phones to answer questions about sex. The results were published in real time on a large screen.
McDevitt, who also owns the sex shop Feminique in West Chester, Pennsylvania, said the results showed that you cannot make assumptions about people based on their background.
Students said that the workshop was meant to increase awareness of fringe sexual practices.
