The couch that needs to be replaced |
A Jewish couple has sued renters of their upscale home after the home was used for sex parties, according to a new lawsuit filed in a New York court.
The couple sued their tenants after reportedly using their vacation home for erotic reality shows which left semen stains on their furniture.
Businessman and tenant Joshua Blackman never told Stuart and Susan Silverman that they plan to use their vacation home in the East Hamptons in New York for an Internet program called "Party of 5".
The New York couple have found their home is described as the "Vice Hamptons Crib" online with pictures of women "in various stages of undress."
A lawsuit filed in the Federal Court of Long Island after neighbors said that the couple was "running a house of ill repute" after drunken young revelers were seen stumbling around the area.
"A very expensive couch had to be replaced because, despite the best efforts of the Silvermans to clean it, stains of sperm could not be removed," the complaint said.
They are also seeking compensation for damage to the lawns, pavers that need to be replaced, door handles and broken fixtures.
The couple rented the house to Joshua Blackman for $10,000 in June and believed that the tenants were only going to use the house for healthy meetings, such as family barbecues.
