(Scroll down for video) A man was charged with creating a hazard related charges after he pooped in his pants in a federal courthouse, according to court proceedings in Maine.
The U.S. Court of Appeals last week upheld a conviction against a man from Maine, who served a seven-day prison sentence for intentionally creating a hazard, and for creating a danger and discomfort in federal court in Portland. Specifically, the man pooped in his pants and left a mess in the bathroom after cleaning himself up.
The poor maintenance worker, who had to deal with it, said that "seventy-five percent of the floor was covered in feces", and he also said that he "stained more than two feet high on the walls". The worker also complained that he left dirty papers all over.
The shockingly graphic 57-page court document, written by distinguished judges, who sit one level below the U.S. Supreme Court, included comparisons to spaghetti with meat sauce and peanut butter. There are also pictures of the bathroom where the crime was committed.
Ronald Strong said he was 50 at the time of the incident and had a heart problem that needed medications. This may have affected his bowel movement. While he was being examined by the security guard, he informed that he had to use the bathroom, then, he defecated in his pants.
Once safely in the bathroom, he took off his clothes, cleaned up as best he could, throwing away his boxers. "I mean, how could I take it home?" He said.
