A little girl drowned in a swimming while on vacation with her family in northern Israel, according to emergency workers.
Magen David Adom said that a 3-year-old girl from Bnei Brak, drowned in a swimming pool in the Western Galilee region of Israel. The family of the girl was vacationing in the town of Chusan.
Magen David Adom said that at 7:12 pm they received a call about a girl, who was pulled unconscious from a pool.
Magen David Adom immediately sent out a team of rescue workers to assist the girl. In the meantime, the dispatcher gave the parents instruction how to revive the child.
After a few minutes on the phone with Magen David Adom paramedics, the parents were able to revive their child.
Paramedics, who arrived at the scene, transported the baby to a local hospital via a mobile intensive care unit of Magen David Adom. the child is currently recovering in Nahariya Hospital.
Earlier this week a father of Beit Shemesh drowned in an Ashdod beach after he saved his two teen sons, who were being swept out to sea.
