(Scroll down for video) Britain is set to welcome a new royal baby as the royal couple was admitted to the hospital as Kate Middleton went into labor, according to hospital officials.

The third in line to the British throne will be born in the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in London, a wing named after a wealthy Jew.

Frank Lindo, who was born in 1872, was a descendant of the wealthy Heilbut family through his mother.
Frank Lindo married British aristocrat Violet Portman, who was a member of the board of St. Mary.

At the time of his death in 1938, Lindo had donated over 100,000 pounds to the hospital. On the morning of the opening of the Lindo wing, he donated over 5,000 pounds in order to make sure the hospital had no debt.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the Lindo Wing early this morning and were forced to use the back door to avoid the media that had gathered outside the main entrance.
