It can’t get any dumber than this. A man was arrested and charged with marijuana possession after he blew pot smoke into a police car, according to police reports in New Jersey.
New Jersey Police said that a 19-year-old, who allegedly smoked marijuana in a car, was arrested after he blew some smoke into a police car.
At 1:30 am, an agent of the municipal police observed a suspicious vehicle parked on Whispering Pine Way, so he approached the vehicle.
When the officer approached, he saw a person sitting in the driver’s seat smoking marijuana. The officer stopped beside the parked car as the driver turned and blew marijuana smoke out the window to the window of the police cruiser, police said.
Police then arrested the driver, Matthew Moore, 19, of Totowa Moore, New Jersey and charged him with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. He was arraigned in the police headquarters and later released pending a court appearance.
