Wendy's customer berates employee
By: Moses Gold

(Scroll down for video) A man was caught on video going crazy at a Wendy’s after an employee mistakenly added cheese to his burger.

The Wendy’s customer is the latest to jump on the trend to reprimand an employee for a human mistake.

In this case, the man went crazy, screaming at a Wendy’s employee for accidentally adding cheese to his hamburger. In the video of the incident, the customer is heard yelling: "I want my money back, and I want it fast."

The customer screams at the employee saying that this same mistake happened in the past three times when he ordered at this Wendy’s location. The man goes on to rant about the employee putting cheese in his hamburger while there's no bacon in it, as he asked for.

“Please be competent once in your life, take an order and fill it,” the man is heard yelling at the employee. The Wendy’s employee eventually gives the man back his money, then slammed the drive thru windows shut as the man walks off still ranting to himself.

Wendy’s spokesperson Denny Lynch called the event "an unfortunate situation. We emphasize quality food and order accuracy in all restaurants. When we make a mistake, we try to fix it as quickly as possible. It appears the employee apologized for the mistake and refunded the customer's money."

The video, is the latest to surface of a customer ripping an employee of the food chain. A woman recently verbally attacked an employee at Dunkin’ Donuts because she did not receive a receipt with her order. Many people thought that it was a publicity stunt by the woman. She did become famous, but not in a good way. People were very angry about the way she treated the employee.

While being yelled at, that employee was seen patiently answering the woman and going out of her way to make the customer happy. The donut chain announced that it plans to officially recognize the employee.
