A woman was arrested and charged with murder related charges after a woman died from buttocks enhancement injections, according to court proceedings in Mississippi.
This is the second death that the Mississippi woman has been charged with related to giving buttocks injections without being trained or licensed.
The office of the state attorney general said 53-year-old Tracey Lynn Garner of Jackson, formerly known as Morris Garner, was arrested Thursday and charged with one count of depraved heart murder. A conviction carries a potential life sentence.
The statement also said that Garner injected silicone substance in Marilyn Hale of Selma, Alabama. Hale died later.
Records show that Garner was jailed in the Detention Center of Hinds County on Monday.
Garner has been under house arrest awaiting trial on a similar case in the 2012 death of a woman from Atlanta.
