A female police officer was punished after she publicized photos of herself in a swimsuit, according to police reports in Israel.

Carol Cohen, 19, a police officer, instantly received many fans on social networks after publishing her photos. "I wish she would arrest me," people were saying on Facebook. However, her superiors were not too pleased with her sudden fame. Her bosses were angered by her failure to ask permission before publicizing the hot swimsuit photos.
Police said that Cohen is an Israeli soldier, and working for the police as part of her military service.
A police spokesperson said: "All military personnel and police officers must obtain permission before giving interviews or before having their picture taken."
Cohen faced a police tribunal. She apologized for her actions, saying that at the time, she did not realize that she had to ask permission. She admitted that she was at fault. She was reprimanded for her actions by police.
