(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested and charged with public lewdness after being caught masturbating on books in a public library, according to court proceedings in Wisconsin.
Tyree S. Carter, 20, was allegedly caught masturbating openly inside the Racine Public Library in Racine, Wisconsin, on Wednesday morning.
The employee who saw Carter said he was "standing in the open, without trying to hide what he was doing," according to a criminal complaint obtained by the local newspaper.
Police said that Carter eventually admitted to the act and said it was the first time that he had done it in public.
Carter’s bail was set at $1,000, and left from jail on the condition that he "stay out of all libraries on the face of the earth," the court records state.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view
