(Scroll down for video) The man riding around Wisconsin with a thong and a cape, will be allowed to do so after the city’s attorney said the man has broken no laws, according to a statement released by Wisconsin police.
Seeing the man wearing a thong and cape while riding his bike through the capital of Wisconsin can be a strange sight, but police said his is not violating any laws.
Earlier this month, staff at the John F. Kennedy Elementary School at Madison called police after the 56-year-old man rode by in his undies, while students were walking to a bus.
Police spokesperson Joel DeSpain said that a sergeant had a chat with the person whom police called “Thong Cape Scooter Man.” He admitted that he used poor judgment in going past the school, but said he did not mean to.
The city attorney told police that the man broke no law.
“I don’t understand why people have a problem with how this man drives around. If they do not want to see a nearly naked man driving around then they should simply not look. Problem solved,” Lori Myers, 29, of Raleigh, North Carolina told YourJewishNews.com after being asked to comment on the Thong Cape Scooter Man.
