A man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol related charges after his car stalled on train tracks, according to a statement released by the Oklahoma police.

Police arrested Cabrone Deron Brewer, 32, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, after his Volkswagen Beetle stopped on the train tracks Friday night. He called AAA, but the police responded due to the location of the stalled vehicle.

Authorities said that when they arrived, Brewer smelled of alcohol, had red, watery eyes, slurred speech, and was unsteady on his feet, according to a police report.

Brewer also was booked into jail for an outstanding warrant. According to records of the Tulsa County jail, in 1999, Brewer was arrested for transporting an open alcohol container.

Brewer said that the old charge occurred on prom night.
The news of Brewer’s arrest went viral after making an unusual funny face to the officer taking his mugshot photo.

“This was a typical arrest and would normally receive no attention at all. However, Brewer’s extremely funny pose caught the attention of the world. I could not help myself but laugh when I saw Brewer’s mugshot photo,” Warren Tucker, 43, of Twin Falls, Idaho told YourJewishNews.com after learning about Brewer’s arrest.

Records show Brewer was released Saturday after posting bail of $1,000 and paid the fine of his previous arrest.
